Regional centers are working under Shanthibhavan palliative hospital with the cooperation of Abhayam Palliative care, an initiative of Thrissur Archdiocese. These centres are like a small clinic and have a miniature structure of ശാന്തിഭവൻ Palliative hospital and provide palliative care and home care. The regional centers are working with the support of local self government and its service extended to certain Panchayath / Muncipality area.

The regional centers facilitate at different parts of the Thrissur district and the first regional center was opened at Ashokapuram in Ernakulam district. Free consultation, non -profit modern laboratory - pharmacy, emergency home care are the other key services of this centers. General pharmacies are attached to these regional centers, and patients those who are coming for consultation would get prescribed medicine on subsidiary rates.
